Welcome Back to School for Term 3. We hope everyone had a lovely break – whether they stayed locally or escaped to warmer places.
The P&C have been busy beavers and there is already loads to look forward to this term.
Firstly, a big thank you to all those who took time out of their weekend to come down and help out at the Busy Bee on Saturday. The team planted over 300 native plants, shifted a tonne of mulch, made new paths and installed the bird bath that was gifted to the school by last year’s Leavers.
Thanks to: The Sclanders Family – Tracy, Derrick & kids; Paley Family- Gemma & kids; Campbell Family – Marnie & kids; Martin Heller; Alex Lockett; Kristy Corbett; Melis Family – Dave, Pen & kids; McCarter Family – Luke, Marisa & kids and Logan from digWA
You can check out a few photos over on the P&C Facebook page
Term 3 is starting with a bang with Stay & Play this Friday 26th July. The P&C will be providing hot chocolates for all FPPS students. We hope to see as many parents and caregivers as possible – pop down with a picnic blanket and a few snacks and have a chat while the kids play. We will be on the grass near the playground straight after school until 5pm.
This year we’ll be utilising the magnificent artwork produced for the ArtBar in Term 1. Take this one and only opportunity to choose any of the 2019 ArtBar pieces and have them printed onto products such as calendars, diaries, cards, pillow cases, sketch pads and tote bags. Orders are to be placed online by Monday 5th August, don’t miss out!
