P&C Projects

Floreat Park Primary School
2019 P&C Projects

The Outdoor Learning Play Space –  Stage 1 is already in planning and we hope to have it installed by the end of September 2019.

Stage 1: will possibly be the decking, seating and pergola structures. The project will be going out to tender in June and we hope to start works in August with completion at the end of September 2019.

Design: Option 2 concept will be used as the basis for the design, however actual installations will be budget dependent.

Materials: we will be using composite timber in the construction of the structures as this will minimise ongoing maintenance and is the best product for this educational environment.

Tree & Bush removal: Several diseased trees and bushes will be removed and replaced with new ones. Yearly costly treatments to try to remove disease from this area has proven futile, by removing the source of the disease we will ensure new planting is not effected and can flourish. By planting fresh landscaping now we are investing in the future. The removal of these trees will fall into the tender scope.
